1. About Bizdosth
Bizdosth Private Limited (“Bizdosth”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates an AI-enabled platform that connects Buyers, Sellers, Service Professionals, and Logistics Partners for business discovery, quotations, services, and networking (“Platform”).
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information while registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and account activity.
- We may verify accounts for safety, fraud prevention, or compliance checks.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, you must inform us immediately.
- If your account is created through the mobile application, the same account rules apply across the website and app unless specifically stated otherwise.
3. Memberships & Payments
Bizdosth may offer membership plans (e.g., Basic/Gold/Premium) and paid platform services. Prices, plan benefits, validity, renewal, and limitations are displayed on the Platform at purchase time.
- All payments must be made using permitted payment methods on the Platform.
- Membership access or benefits may be restricted if payment fails, is reversed, or flagged as suspicious.
- Refunds/cancellations, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Where applicable and legally permitted, payments for physical goods, physical services, memberships, marketplace transactions, or related services may be processed through approved third-party payment providers integrated with the Platform.
4. Products, Quotes & Services
The Platform may allow Sellers/Professionals to list products/services and Buyers to request quotations or connect with providers.
- Listings must be truthful, lawful, and not misleading (pricing/specs/availability/service scope).
- Quotes are indicative and may change based on quantity, quality, location, taxes, delivery, and timelines.
- Bizdosth is not a party to transactions between users unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
- Users are responsible for due diligence before finalizing any deal (quality, certificates, compliance, payment terms).
- Any user-submitted listing, photo, text, product detail, quote request, or review must comply with applicable law and platform policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree you will NOT:
- Post illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or misleading content.
- Post content or engage in behavior that may exploit, harass, scam, or harm other users.
- Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
- Impersonate any person/entity or misrepresent business identity, licenses, or certifications.
- List prohibited items or services restricted by law or platform policy.
- Harvest user data or contact details without consent, or send spam/promotional abuse.
- Use the mobile application in a manner that violates device, network, app-store, or platform rules.
6. Mobile Application Terms
In addition to these general Terms, the following terms apply when you access Bizdosth through its mobile application.
- The mobile application is licensed, not sold, to you for personal or internal business use in connection with Bizdosth services.
- You must use a compatible device, supported operating system, and lawful internet connection to access app features.
- Some app features may depend on notifications, internet connectivity, location access, media access, camera, or file permissions that you choose to allow on your device.
- You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- We may release updates, bug fixes, patches, UI changes, performance improvements, or security upgrades from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update may require you to install the latest available version.
- We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on all devices, operating system versions, or app versions at all times.
- If the app includes links to third-party pages, websites, payment services, maps, or communication tools, their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
- You are responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier, internet provider, or device service provider.
7. Intellectual Property
- Bizdosth name, logo, UI, content, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse Platform branding/design without written permission.
- You retain ownership of your content, but grant Bizdosth a license to display it on the Platform for service operation.
8. Privacy & Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Platform, you consent to receive service-related communications (email/SMS/WhatsApp/push notifications) such as verification, alerts, policy updates, transaction notifications, and support replies.
- Marketing messages, if any, will be provided as per your preferences and applicable laws.
- Third-party services (payments/WhatsApp/SMS/notifications/analytics/hosting) may process data as necessary to deliver services.
- Where the mobile application requests device permissions, those permissions are subject to your device settings and our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
- The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.
- We are not responsible for disputes between users (quality issues, delays, miscommunication, pricing, etc.).
- Features may vary by device, operating system, browser, network conditions, or app version.
- To the extent permitted by law, Bizdosth’s liability is limited to the amount paid to Bizdosth for the relevant service (if any).
10. Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies, or where we suspect fraud, misuse, or security risks.
- We may remove listings/content that violate our rules.
- We may restrict access to certain features for compliance and safety.
- We may suspend access to the mobile application or specific app features where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts as applicable.
