1. Policy Overview

Bizdosth provides digital memberships and platform-based business services. As most services are activated instantly, refunds are limited and governed strictly by this policy.

2. Membership Fees

  • Membership fees (Basic / Gold / Premium or similar) are generally non-refundable.
  • Once membership access is activated, no refund is provided.
  • If payment is debited but membership is not activated due to a technical error, the amount will be reviewed and refunded if verified.
Membership benefits include platform access, dashboards, listing visibility, and networking tools. These are considered consumed once activated.

3. Service Payments (Quotes / Promotions / Add-ons)

  • Payments for promotions, add-ons, or featured listings are non-refundable once executed.
  • Bizdosth does not guarantee business outcomes, leads, or conversions.
  • Service disputes between buyers and sellers are not refundable by Bizdosth.

4. Wallet & Top-Ups

  • Wallet top-up amounts are non-refundable once credited.
  • Wallet balance can only be used within the Bizdosth platform.
  • Unused wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Wallet misuse, suspicious activity, or policy violations may result in wallet freeze without refund.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel future renewals of membership before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current active period.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via registered email or dashboard support.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Low business response or lack of leads
  • Violation of platform policies
  • Account suspension or termination due to misuse
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party providers

7. Refund Process

If a refund is approved after verification:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time may range from 7–14 working days.
  • Transaction or gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.

8. Mobile Application Terms

The following additional points apply when payments, memberships, or related services are accessed through the Bizdosth mobile application.

  • Purchases made through the mobile application are subject to the same refund and cancellation rules unless explicitly stated otherwise on the app screen or offer page.
  • Technical issues such as failed payment with no service activation may be reviewed upon verification.
  • Refund requests must include registered user details, transaction reference, and payment evidence where available.
  • Bizdosth may release app updates, patches, and service changes that affect features, payment flows, or support access without changing already completed transactions.
  • Third-party payment gateways or financial intermediaries used inside the mobile application may apply their own processing timelines subject to applicable terms.
If the mobile application supports account creation, account-related closure or deletion requests may still be subject to transaction verification, legal obligations, fraud review, tax requirements, and regulatory record retention.
